We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the providers above, or if required by law, or to protect rights and safety.
We keep account and progress data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete account, or ask us by emailing hello@pocostart.com. Purchase records may be retained as required by Apple, Google, or tax/accounting rules. Cancel subscriptions separately in the App Store or Google Play.
We use industry-standard measures (including encrypted transport and access controls via our providers). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
poco start is a general audience education app. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) without appropriate consent. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live (including EEA/UK/Norway), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object or restrict certain processing. Email hello@pocostart.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Data may be processed in the EU/EEA or other countries where our providers operate. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used by those providers.
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
